Firm receives recognition in two categories: Best Custom Home Builder and Best Luxury Home Builder

LUXUS Design Build, a residential and custom home building firm based in Southern Nevada, has been named a two-time Gold Winner in the 2023 Best of Las Vegas award program for the second consecutive year. The firm, founded by award-winning architect Michael Gardener, was recognized as the Gold Winner in two categories, including Best Custom Home Builder and Best Luxury Home Builder.
The recognition marks the second consecutive year that LUXUS Design Build has been honored for its innovative and integrated approach to custom home building. The firm was one of the select few in the real estate section of the awards program, which includes 28 various categories, to be named the Gold Winner in more than one category.
The Best of Las Vegas awards program, presented by the Las Vegas Review Journal, has been an annual tradition of the city for 42 years, and only continues to grow in popularity each year. This year a record-breaking 9.9 million voters participated, making it the largest “Best of” contest in North America.
